Our Primary 7 pupils are preparing to sit the leaving exam in two weeks time, which will determine the children’s future educational pathways.

For the first time, they will sit the exam at Child of Hope school, following its approval as an exam centre by the Inspector of Schools. The results will therefore now be published under the school’s own name, publishing to the world outside the quality of the education provided.

This year there are 29 candidates – 17 girls and 12 boys. The children are working hard to get the best grades they can and demonstrate the excellence of their school. The more academically-inclined will be able to move straight on to the new Child of Hope secondary school in February, while those best suited to vocational studies will be supported to attend other local training courses.
