Our schools re-opened this Monday - following the worlds’ longest national Covid school closures of 22 months - and the first few days have gone really well.
Both children and staff were delighted that the schools have finally re-opened. Pupils arrived eager to learn and the teachers had prepared thoroughly for their arrival.
This week is orientation week so lots of work on re-establishing school expectations, talking about what life has been like for them while off school, reminding them of how to keep themselves and their families safe from Covid – and of course re-engaging them with learning.
The tailors are working hard at distributing new uniforms as of course they have all outgrown their old ones!
