As Christmas approaches once more, the children are excited to write letters and cards to their sponsors.
In a Zoom meeting with one of Child of Hope’s trustees, Juliet, head teacher at the primary school, told of the pleasure it brings to children to know that they have a sponsor in the UK supporting their education. They are pictured here sending greetings for the festive season. They look forward to receiving cards, and sometimes gifts too, from their sponsors.
Less than half of the primary pupils currently have sponsors. They are nevertheless happy to help their friends write and colour the cards, hoping they may also one day have a sponsor to write to. If you would like to sponsor a child, please click here for further information.
