As recently reported by the BBC, a new strain of malaria is rapidly spreading in East Africa and has now reached our Child of Hope pupils. We urgently need funds for tests, nets, and medication.
This new strain is resistant to the cheapest drugs, escalating treatment costs. The number of cases in our schools has more than doubled, and we must act quickly to protect our children.
Here's how you can help:
- £5.25 provides a mosquito net and 4 tablets.
- £10.50 supplies a mosquito net and a lifesaving injection.
- £16 buys a box of 50 tests (our nurse currently gets through one box per week).
All treatments are administered by our qualified nurse to ensure effectiveness. Prevention is key, so we aim to distribute mosquito nets to the most vulnerable.

Any excess funds raised will go towards the ongoing treatment of malaria and healthcare for our students.
