Moses is a rising superstar in his volunteering at Child of Hope. He has grown up within Child of Hope’s education and welfare provision, having previously been fostered for several years by Directors Moses and Bex Okotel and attending the schools from the age of three.
Last year, he passed his A-level exams in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and ICT, qualifying for a university course in Medicine, which he hopes to begin in August. Meanwhile, he serves extensively within the Child of Hope community as a volunteer. He helps at the secondary school teaching IT and also assists Bex with the Scripture Union leaders’ training group. In addition, Moses also volunteers at Joy Hospice, gaining work experience, and on Sundays, he leads Sunday School and youth activities at church.
He is a shining example of someone who, having achieved so much through hard work with respect and humility, is giving back generously to his local community.
