Paul Nash 2022_Marathon Medal copy.jpg

Paul Nash completed this year’s London Marathon on behalf of Child of Hope and MIND, managing to run every step in just 4.5 hours. And he raised over £3,000 between the two charities.

Over his 16 weeks of focused training, he covered over 250 miles (despite a three-week injury gap), lost 7kg in weight, and lost one and a half toenails!

He loves his medal and has some fantastic memories from the event – he said the support around the course was like no other run. “My wholehearted thanks go to everyone who has sponsored me to date.”

Huge thanks Paul, we really appreciate all your hard work!
