In memory of Phil Game, our chair of UK trustees who passed away recently, our Primary 7 class attended a service held in the Namatala slum.
The thanksgiving service included a candle-lit ceremony to mark Phil’s life and the good things he did to help Child of Hope in its work with slum families.
The commemoration by the children was held at the same time as Phil’s remembrance service and burial in the UK.
