Child of Hope’s Executive Director, Moses Okotel, is seen here delivering much-needed gifts to the nursery school in the severely impoverished community of Namalu.
The gifts included soap, Vaseline, shoes and gumboots. These provisions will help families improve hygiene and reduce infections and infestations like scabies and ringworm. The footwear also protects against injury from thorns and jiggers (nasty little critters that burrow into the feet!).
The children, parents and teachers were extremely grateful for these gifts, which mean so much to families who have next to nothing.
